Awesome service, saved my ass when I broke my screen by grabbing the last replacement from another store right before they were going to use it. Had the job done in under an hour, would recommend.
I cannot recommend Faisal enough! I initially took my tablet to Crackerz, and they somehow made the situation significantly worse. Feeling completely frustrated, I then found Faisal, and what a difference! He's incredibly skilled, fixed all the damage from the previous shop's incompetence, and genuinely went the extra mile to get my tablet back in perfect working order. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you, Faisal, for your outstanding work!
Shortly after buying my brand new phone, I dropped it and broke the screen. I went to Cell Care and the owner had a replacement screen on site (thankfully), so he replaced it within an hour. It cost me $450, however it saved me from losing all my pics and any phone numbers etc.He suggested I get a screen protector for $25, which I did, and no I was not pressured into it.Fast forward to 2 months later and I happened to be walking my dog when she lunged forward suddenly and my phone went flying across the pavement smashing my screen.I went back to Cell Care and he just peeled the screen cover off, which had shattered, and my phone didn't even have a mark on it!I... read full review
