I had to clean my carpet urgently because we sold our place. Unforeseen things happened, elevator going out of service, etc. I have used Carpetshock twice already and I knew I could trust Doug. I called Doug and consulted, he came out at 9pm to clean my carpet. I don’t even think about calling anyone else for carpet cleaning. Carpetshock/Doug is my guy!Service: General carpet cleaning

We recently moved to a new-to-us home and found it had an overwhelming pet odor.Doug came out on short notice to help us remove the odors and stains on the carpets.He provided great quality cleaning using top grade products leaving our home clean and smelling great.Would happily use carpet shock again, and would recommend!Services: Carpet cleaning
