The flowers are beautiful but surprisingly affordable, the worker is great, and overall it’s beautiful flower shop. If you need flowers anywhere, I’d definitely suggest going here.
Crystal and the Brookswood florist team are amazing! We went in a couple of weeks ago to order some extra boutineers and Crystal took the time and created a bunch with our preferred flowers so we could have the perfect ones for our weddding day! Fast forward to the Thursday before our wedding, our flowers arrived and they were brown and wilted (NOT FROM BROOKSWOOD FLORIST- from another vendor) We called Brookswood on a Thursday and they worked some magic and we able to use some of the existing flowers that were okay, and added some other flowers. Brookswood florist is now my go too. I would usually buy flowers from the grocery store or any random florist I drove by. After visiting this place 6 months ago I have had nothing but the best service from exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. I am just new to taking care of plants and have had some trouble .. I stopped in just to just to get some advice on a plant I couldn’t save and the lovely lady was so helpful. Not only did I get great advice, but she gave me a new complimentary plant. I was more than willing to pay for it and just wanted some help but she insisted.
I can’t thank you enough for being so kind and helpful. You are amazing. !
