I always get great service from the BMW Open Road Langley parts department. I had the pleasure of dealing with Desiree, she was such a great help and very understanding and full of Knowledge! I wish all Auto Parts stores could have a Desiree working for them, it would make life so much easier. Keep up the great work!

Everyone at the parts department is professional, courteous, and friendly. They will not try to upsell you any time. They provide accurate information and pricing for parts regarding your vehicle. I have always had my questions answered correctly and in a timely manner by the service department as well. Overall, my visits every time have been a pleasure. They go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied with their services and care about your vehicle.

Courtnee in the Parts department is a delight to deal with. After having some bad experiences at other BMW stores i will now only deal with Courtnee at Open Road. It's always a pain to have to buy expensive BMW parts but she makes the process much more bearable. Only if other BMW stores could offer this kind of great service.
