Want to commend an employee called Jim H. who is absolutely outstanding. He is so knowledgeable and helpful. I had a remote key for my car and it needed a battery and I had no idea how to open it nevermind know what battery to purchase. Within minutes he had it opened, replaced and operating. Jim went beyond his duty. Fabulous Rona experience!!
Wow wow wow. Fantastic customer service here. Employees here will go above and beyond in helping you out with whatever you need. If they don’t know they will do their best to figure it out.
An absolute gem of a store! Not huge, but 9/10 times they have what I need and save me a trip into town to the larger stores. Staff are all wonderfully knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
