I am selling my house and needed a soffit repair on a steep roofline on an A-frame roof. I also wanted my roof and gutters cleaned in preparation for the sale. I contacted Derek and he came by the house, provided an estimate and completed the work that same day. Obviously I was very lucky that he happened to be open that day and would never expect this quick response normally. Having said this, up until this point I had contacted at least 1/2 dozen companies who declined to take on the job or simply didn't respond.

I had a minor roofing issue this week and called Derek from Accountable Roofing Services Ltd. He not only made time to come over that day, at the end of his work day, but he took the time needed to thoroughly check my roof and find the cause of the issue. He then proceeded to make the necessary repairs on that visit. Derek was focused on fixing my roofing issue and he did it with detail and proficiency. He is a very professional roofer and he cares about happy customers.
