Richard and Jess were great. From our initial phone conversation, they took the time to truly understand my vision and needs. When they visited my home, Richard provided a clear and detailed explanation of the process and what to expect next. I recently received my estimate, which was more affordable than I expected. I feel confident that 1364 is the right choice for the job. I will update my review once the renovation is completed.

Mark and his team are very hands on communicate every step. I was travelling during part of my bathroom renovation and Mark even accepted product deliveries to his place. They take care while working in your house and kept a very clean work area which I appreciated. With projects, you need to be flexible and 1364 was just that. There were some design challenges and errors but we worked through that with open communication and problem solving.
