Five stars all the way!! I love this studio all the instructors bring their own unique style so there is something for everyone. The hot hatha classes are my favourite. I always leave feeling that I have push myself and very grounded. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have this as part of my selfcare practice. 😍
Great concept! Cafe on one side with a buffer if reception between the studio. Hot class but not bikram hot! Kelly is an amazing instructor and her classes were amazing. Look forward to returning when I’m in Kelowna and lake country…wish I lived there so I could go all the time, rather than just when I’m visiting from the Fraser valley! Great price points and class and workshop offerings. Keep up the great work!
Great staff, friendly service and an inviting space :). Food and drinks of course are tasty!
