I am so GLAD I found CJR accupuncture! I had restricted shoulder motion and couldn't lift my arms above my head nor take off my shirt. Other interventions did not restore range of motion. I had never tried accupuncture but SO GLAD I did! I had relief with the first treatment and continued to improve with subsequent visits. I now use accupuncture for maintenance. I had never considered accupuncture before and turned to its use when I was desperate for relief. I will now consider accupuncture for other issues such as stress, TMJ and tight/restrictive muscles.
I had been dealing with nagging hip tightness for an extended time, that is until I decided to see Chris. Within a few sessions I am feeling much better. I would definitively recommend Chris to anyone looking for acupuncture treatment.
I have a chronic neck injury due to an accident. Chris has been amazing at helping me relieve my headaches through his acupuncture treatments. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend him.
