Honestly I don't think I have ever been to any other store, where every single person is just fantastic.
They don't just know their stuff but they take their time to get to know you and your pet as well. Everyone here is just wonderful, definitely my favorite place in town.
My girl was spayed and hasn’t been eating or drinking for 3 days. Lindsay gave me some recommendations and they worked like a hot damn, Shylo has now ate and had some infused water. And looking for more. Thank you 🥰
We always have such a good experience with pet valu in kitimat. So welcoming, very helpful and encouraging to bring the pets in. Love being able to walk into a place in kitimat and be met with kindness and great services. Thank you pet valu and the staff!
