Dave is a down to earth and provides excellent customer service. I came in looking for a small part, and he went out of his way to help me at no cost. That kind of honesty and generosity is rare these days. He's knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cares about helping people. Ill definitely be coming back to him for future computer needs.

Dave saved my day today! I managed to majorly corrupt the hard drive on my desktop computer, and despite hours of trying to fix it myself, I only made it worse. I couldn't get into safe mode, open any apps, restore a backup, or even do a factory reset. It was super messed up.
I finally gave up and decided to call Dave. He said to bring it to the shop right away, and he could do a same day turnaround, my hero! He managed to fix it in under 2 hours and set it up like a brand new computer. It's now working really well, phew, and I'm able to run my business again.
