Yesterday, I had to visit the clinic for an emergency. The doctor on duty was exceptionally attentive and caring. She took the time to ensure that I understood everything about the necessary treatment and provided clear guidance on how to follow up with my issue. I am forever grateful to everyone, especially Dr. Victoria Elliot: TOP professionalism and integrity. Apart from solving my problem and being able to make a fast decision (which was crucial in my condition) the Doctor also gave me a peace of mind and kind support, which is so so precious.

Had a car accident and I’m from out of province so naturally everything is more complicated then it has to be. The check in staff were so kind and patient with me and the on call doctor was great! Special shout out to Amy for he X-ray technician for her excellent care and kind service! Thanks everyone.
