Honeymoon Bay Lodge & Retreat offers a welcoming atmosphere with friendly and accommodating staff. Guests enjoy super clean rooms with comfortable beds, excellent water pressure in showers, and stunning views from all windows. The food is a highlight, featuring ample and delicious meals including Mexican, pasta, and curries, along with excellent desserts. The lodge provides opportunities for spiritual direction and relaxing massages. With nearby hiking trails, a beach just five minutes away, and a charming town ten minutes down the road, it is a perfect getaway for those seeking relaxation and rejuvenation.
Incredibly food and wonderful staff. I held my first retreat this year last week at Honeymoon Bay. This was a slight worry due to the COVID situation this year, but all of my quilting ladies and myself were absolutely bowled over with the arrangements that had been made for our retreat. We loved the dining options so much that I have requested we have this all the time! I could not recommend Honeymoon Bay highly enough. It is without at a doubt my favourite retreat venue. The wonderful staff are like extended family.
I can't recommend this place highly enough...everything was excellent. the rooms are quiet and lovely, the grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, the food was world class every day. there were 18 of us at retreat and the staff was always checking to see if we needed anything. they were very accommodating to the ladies in our group with special dietary needs. will definitely be back. the Saturday farmers/ craft market was a nice bonus too.
