Kelly at Koolers is a true champ. My 4 month old dryer bit the dust while under warranty. Kelly was here right on time and diagnosed the problem and ordered the replacement parts. Kelly got my dryer working and I am one happy camper. Total pro! Thanks Kelly!

Kelly is the true service guy .Old school knows his profession well. A truley great tradesman. Great communication. Showed us the problem parts and broken parts. Per his suggestion ,we ordered the extra parts for the dryer. Glad we did. To my wife and I , it was like a total rebuild and well worth it. Our washer and dryer are still a matched pair thanks to Kelly
