Andrew’s customers are his top priority! He answered all my questions on which winter tires to invest in and also thoroughly explained the performance of studded tires to me which was so helpful; he really helped me feel confident in my choice of new winter wheels. Andrew was also flexible with the times I could bring my car in and overall, the service and performance of this shop has been professional and trustworthy. I’ll be getting a new exhaust soon and will definitely be entrusting that job and whatever other future work I’ll want done to my car, to Andrew and his team at Full Pin Automotive!
I was driving through town and was worried about the squeaky belt so I stopped by at Full Pin, they were busy but Andrii came out to check the belt anyway. Sprayed some stuff on the belt which got rid of the squeak and he also gave me confidence to continue my trip. Great customer service! Thanks!
