These folks are the best! Had an issue with my truck just outside of Golden and got a motel for the night. Next morning I called EVERY mechanic in the area, and they were all booked up for weeks. Even though Point S was also fully booked, they squeezed me in and fixed the problem quickly and at a very reasonable cost, allowing me to avoid more motel stays and to get back on the road to Vancouver. Huge thank you to all the fine folks at Point S!!

Brought our Mercedes van in on a Friday 15 minutes before closing on a long weekend with transmission issues and the guys jumped all over it to run a diagnostic. Confirmed our fluid levels were good and the onboard computer showed nothing apparent. Our mechanic explained other possibilities that could have caused our issues and gave us enough information to take back to the Mercedes mechanics for their action. We left feeling reassured that we weren’t in any imminent danger and appreciated them taking the time to leave us feeling comfortable.

They were absolutely fantastic! They really helped us out in a tough bind. We were travelljng and had to be towed there. They managed to fit us in right away and helped us get back on the road!
