I just wanna say a big thanks to the guru of tires Jocelyn a Ken at kaltire fsj. Dropped off a commercial pickup for inspection tires and such. I was able to get the truck back ahead of schedule. Even with all the set backs. Thanks Jocelyn and Ken for making it happen. It doesn’t go un noticed. I’d hour looking for service that’s the place to go.
One of my tree planting crews had a flat. I brought the wheel in to Kal Tire in FSJohn late on a Saturday afternoon, and despite being busy, they were able to squeeze me in and get the work done before closing. The crew really appreciated having the problem dealt with so quickly, so they weren't stressed out about getting a second flat and being stranded in the woods. Thank you.
Sadly I didn't have the best experience here, the people at the front counter were nice and always have been, no complaints there. But I found out after booking an appointment and being there for a couple hours that they won't work on vehicles with wheel adapters, I had to take my wheels off and bring them in loose to get changed, and even that took about 4 days to get done because they were busy. Kal tire has been good to me till the new corporate rules were put in place, I had to take my business somewhere else. I also tried to contact the manager about the new rules, I left my contact information at the front desk and he never contacted me.
