The staff at this facility are amazing, I commend them for their tireless efforts during the pandemic. I was tested here several times and the ladies were so friendly and caring. In dark times, little positive interactions like this mean so much. They have contributed so much in their efforts to keep our community safe. I can only imagine what they’ve had to deal with the last few years. I’m very grateful that these dedicated, compassionate people do the work they do.

It's ok but good be better for a small city of this size. As the city is growing so quickly, I think they are under staffed the past few years, because over the last few years it's not always easy to get a hold of a staff member. Yet, in their defence: usually when you are able to get contact/communication back from staff, they are usually knowledgable and helpful. The receptionist is sometimes grumpy though.
