Legacy Ford Fernie Service

We were driving though Fernie and our truck started to act up. We were lucky enough to be right by Legacy Ford. We were helped out immediately the service was amazing right from the get go. They were able to fix the issue and send us back on our way to enjoy our a weekend at our trailer. Thank you Legacy Ford. A big shout out to Jason and Naima in the service department.

We will go with a 3.5 stars here.We purchased a truck from Fernie Ford this summer. When we saw the truck, repairs were needed, and we knew of some additional issues so we added those repairs added to the sales contract and did not negotiate the price. This part was fine. All seemed great. That's when we were told it would be 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, no word from them so we followed up. more delays. Almost 1.5 months later we once again had to follow up. some repairs were completed, with the rest to follow. Once again, we had to do the follow up to get the repairs completed.
