After many years of other types of therapy and not really making significant gains in my physical health, Kayla was recommended to me as someone that may be able to help. Kayla was able to identify that something was odd through extensive assessment of mobility and strength. I was able get a referal for MRI and for assessment at Caleo Health in Calgary because of her concerns. This proved to be a game changer in my life as it lead to disc replacement surgery as we had learned of severe disc degeneration in l3-l4 and l4-l5. With Kayla and her guidance in core strengthening I prepared for the proceedure and the following rehabilitation.
