Our furnace decided to quit on us twice in the past two weeks. Mike had the parts my spouse needed in the shop, both times saving us from freezing overnight. Mike has always been kind, knowledgeable and very professional. We have been customers of copper tip for years now and will always return.

We have used Copper Tip on multiple occasions since 2019, when we started experiencing a variety of issues with our newly built home. They have helped us out locating and repairing gas leaks, repairing and ultimately replacing our defective boiler, rebalancing the distribution of our in-floor heating, and replacing/repairing our rain shower. They also located the source of a leak in our entertainment room ceiling, and facilitate the repair.
