Walter came some distance to do our home inspection. He was extremely thorough and explained to my husband and I what the issues were and how best they could be remedied. His detailed report addressed everything and gave me comfort that I had made the right choice in home inspectors and in my new home.

Walter was impeccable with (2) home inspections for properties I was considering purchasing. Walter did 3 home inspections in the past year for Bonnie and I. He was quick to complete the inspection and priced so you can afford it. Very personable to work with. Not only did he give us a 38 page report, we also talked on the phone of the issues and how to repair them. I will use Walter again in the near future
