As an experienced home builder, renovator and home owner I feel I have an insiders knowledge when it comes to homes and their systems. My goal is for you to have all the information you need to make an informed decision about the home you may purchase. We use the HIABC scope of Inspection while performing your Home inspection. I have been a Journeyman Carpenter and renovator for over 30 years and have worked in both the residential and commercial sectors. I have been there when the house and its systems that we rely to function are not operating as designed and can recognize the symptoms.
