I think a former, independent portrait studio may have existed at one time but now it's essentially a photo counter of Walmart. Not a fan of the store but we needed photos. Joann very helpful and profesdiomsl, explained that while they aren't a studio, they do passport photos. We needed several sizes, one which they dint do but she helped us take the photo with our phone and print from machine. She did great passport photos and ensured we were happy with.
