This was my first experience at this location, as I just moved to the area. I had been very satisfied with my previous service provider, so was hesitant to try some place new. But, as it turned out, I had no reason to worry. The service was excellent, the staff easy to talk to, and the price very reasonable. I will gladly return for my next scheduled service!

The best Ford dealership I've ever been to! Dave was extremely helpful and informative. He diligently walked through all necessary steps required for my vehicle purchase, starting from the initial conversation up to me driving out of the parking lot with my new ride. I'd say 'Island Ford" is the best! Highly recommended.

I recently purchased a 2023 Ford Expedition from Island Ford and was blown away with the respect and professional experience of the sales department. Dealing with Jasmine was a great experience, she answered by questions promptly and was extremely helpful. Travelling nearly 500km and taking the Ferry to Duncan was worth every dime and every minute. This will be the first Ford dealer I will see for my next purchase.
