Caven was recommended by my new neighbor I could tell my dog Pearl liked him immediately even though she doesn’t like to get groomed. He explained upfront about her bath & tidy and nail trim. When I picked her up she was happy and he did a great job and she doesn’t have any after bath scratching & itchiness. He also told me her ears were possibly infected which I actually had noticed a day prior to grooming. Her appointment was on time and she was ready when he had advised she would be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Caven and Star Grooming.
