Competent, honest and fair. I have had several of my vehicles serviced here over the past few years. Most recently, I had my P2 Volvo XC70's PCV system repaired. This shop had the experience and expertise to perform the work and the final cost was a mere fraction of what I was anticipating. Highly recommended.
Had a wonderful experience with this shop! Our car broke down on the first day of a roadtrip and we took it to another shop that kept the car for days and gave us an incorrect diagnosis of the issue. A friend recommended we bring the car here for a second opinion. He was super friendly, and was able to get the car fixed in a couple hours for a great price. When we told him we would be driving the car all the way back to Vancouver he offered to do a free inspection of the car to look for any other issues and make sure we got home safely. I found a screw in my tire just as I was leaving home to catch the ferry to Vancouver. The team at Shortstop got me in right away after I arrived.
Nick, my tech, was friendly and explained that if the screw had been any closer to the outside wall, I would’ve needed a whole new tire! He removed the screw, checked all my tires, and had me safely back on the road in no time.
Parker was super friendly to chat with while I waited, and we laughed about this being the second screw in my brand-new Tucson’s tires.
The team was fast, professional, friendly, and welcoming — exactly what you need when your road trip starts with a plot twist. Highly recommend!
