came by a couple nights ago right before close to buy a cat tree for a christmas gift and was trying to be very quick because it was late and i didn’t want to waste the staffs time. i was trying to be quick but the cashier (her name was Anita i believe?) told us about an offer in the app that will get us points and her aswell as a male member of staff took their time and stayed a little past close just to help us out. Super nice and helpful 10/10 customer service thanks guys :)

Just wanted to quickly shout out Gary! He is super helpful! He’s always friendly, patient, and really knows his stuff. He goes out of his way to make sure you find exactly what you need and gives great advice for pets and products. Definitely one of the best employees there! Thank you Gary!

Everything was easy to find here. The staff are great! Everyone was warm and friendly. I was helped by Gary and he went above and beyond, which made my trip to Petsmart even better. He was super knowledgeable about pet food (my dog has sensitive teeth). Thank you! ?
