This review is a couple of years overdue! We worked with Joy in 2023 on the cabinetry for our kitchen, pantry, mudroom, office, and bathroom. Beyond the outstanding quality of the millwork, it was truly a pleasure collaborating with Joy throughout the entire process. I wanted to be very hands-on with the design, and she gave me the freedom to bring my vision to life while offering her expert guidance exactly when it was needed. Two years later, I’m still so happy with the choices we made and the overall design.

Over the past few years we have used Pacific Rim for a wide variety of projects, both big and small. Their highly qualified team have worked with me to problem solve some challenging issues, such as reconfiguring existing cabinetry to accommodate larger wall ovens and a new fridge. Without disrupting the original design James, Gil and the team have been able to provide solutions to a variety of problems that have arisen with our 20+ year old kitchen. Everything went smoothly from our initial communication to the beautiful finished product. Amazing customer service from Pam Dhillon at Pacific Rim Cabinets. Pam quickly found me a replacement hinge for kitchen cabinets that were installed almost 14 years ago. Truly impressive to see a company standby their product so many years after installation. Thanks for your help Pam.
