I slept on a pillow I loved at a hotel. I found it was made locally so I came to their showroom and with the tag they were able to find me the exact pillow. Thank you Matteo for all your help! It was actually cheaper than other pillows I have tried and not liked. Very happy!
Northern Feather Canada went above and beyond for me. Not only did I have the most comfortable sleep of my life on their Diamond pillow, but their customer service is also incredible. An excellent company.
I bought the Fairmont Luxury Gel Fibre Pillow and I love them / bought 2 and then bought 2 more. Super comfortable and great quality. (Suggest that you get the pillow protectors.) Matteo provided excellent customer service and was a pleasure to deal with.
