Came across IPM earlier today on Marketplace. Sent a message asking if they exterminate Fleas. Minutes later I received a reply indicating they did. I left my phone number, and received a call back right away!
We made an appointment later in the day. Salman came out, confirmed the Flea infestation, and went to work. So far so good. He mentioned if I see anything after 3-4 days, simply to call and he'll come back out.

Now that's what I call service!

I had a great experience with IPM. I was dealing with a very friendly fellow named Yoram. We found a whole bunch of flying ants inside in our home over a long weekend. Yoram responded within 24 hours - and it was on a long weekend. He came out to the house the next day to spray. They’re professional , timely and friendly. And he gave of lots of advice on how to keep the ants away ( and silverfish).
