I've ordered from Golden Bough Botanicals a few times now and I am always surprised at how fast they are able to ship. The botanicals have all been high quality and the few times I've reached out with questions they have been quick and helpful.
I have ordered many many time from Golden Bough Botanicals over the past 3 yrs.Thought I have not spoken to anyone so no comment on that.Iv order a lot of cold process soap supplies. Ie Base oil, EO (essential oil)’s to cooking Herbs ie black pepper, chill, cardamom, chamomile just to name a few.The products iv order have been in good condition. Ie no fake dead rodents or bugs.The herbs smell nice and not stale. The EO’s and FO’s are very worth it, I used them in all my DYI projects.
