Our experience with Delta T Energy and in particular with the owner Andy Irvine started almost 10 years ago when in mid December 2014 our furnace and tankless water heater (Navien) first started to only work intermittently and then stopped working altogether right on December 24th. Andy showed up at our house on Christmas Day morning and tried everything humanly possible to get the unit working and our heating back. The on-demand system, however, was not repairable.
