From my original communications with Gana in the office to moving day with Angelo, everything was professionally done with excellent communication and customer service. Competent, on time, kind and personable, I would use Cloverdale moving again in a heartbeat and recommend them highly.
We had a great experience with Cloverdale Movers for our move from Victoria, BC to Alberta. They were easy to schedule with and very responsive by both email and phone.
They took great care wrapping our belongings, and everything arrived safely. We also really appreciated the free storage, which greatly helped with our timing.
Their pricing was also much more reasonable than other companies we received quotes from. Pricing is based on weight, and while the final cost was higher than we initially expected (this was on us- since we didn’t know how much our items would weigh), they were transparent about their fees from the start.
