I’ve been to the brass and eagle a couple of times now! They have great, high quality jewelry to pick from, but my favourite aspect is their customer service. Everyone there is amazing and very helpful. Ryan and Cherish helped me many times, both super accommodating to your needs and super informative . You can tell they really care about their work. I wouldn’t recommend another place.

Cherish and Ryan pierced my daughter’s ears and it was a wonderful experience! Cherish put my daughter at ease when helping her pick jewelry. Ryan thoroughly explain the procedure and aftercare. My daughter was nervous so they brought out a box of fidgets for her to use. They did both ears at once and she barely felt a thing! If either of us ever wanted more piercings or ink, I’d go back for sure.
