When I called it was a Sunday, he was able to answer my questions. I picked up the sod , installed it, and the sod was very healthy and it looks great. What a transformation of our back yard. Found out I was one piece short, called and he said I will leave a piece out for you at no charge.
It is hard to find respectable business people these days. I will definitely be buying from him again for our front yard when the time comes.
We used BC Instant Lawns for bulk landscape material delivery for our home lawn project. They were the only place we found where you could get a quote and precise delivery date online. They called to confirm our order right away, and it was delivered exactly when they said it would be. They were easy to use, prompt, and affordable. Overall an excellent experience, and we would definitely use them again to order landscaping materials.
Small lawn project needed as we near the end of a long rebuild of our house and requested quotes from a handful of landscape companies advertising as being able to put in a new lawn in a relatively small space. John at BC Instant Lawns not only emailed back but called as well. Price was better than the other guys but frankly the service was what had us giving this work to John.
