I had the most amazing experience at Bay Nails for my graduation nails! The first set they did was absolutely flawless in terms of design—so intricate and beautiful! However, the color didn’t quite match my dress, and I was a bit concerned about it.

I mentioned it to the staff, and they were incredibly understanding and accommodating. Without any hesitation, they offered to redo the nails for free and changed the color to something that perfectly complemented my outfit. The new set turned out even better than I could have imagined!
