Brittany D'cruz was very helpful with our house insurance. She recognized what was happening with our particular situation and went out of her way to get us set up with better insurance at a lower rate. We have dealt with Brittany on several occasions and she is always at the top of her game and we leave feeling that we are very valuable clients of hers.

Everett Lewis provided exceptional, professional and friendly service in December 2023 in responding to my request for travel medical insurance quotes with differing deductibles for my one trip January travel plans, and much patience to my questions regarding how different medical issues were reflected on the insurance premium.Kim Ebenau provided excellent, service for my recent request for a quote for an upcoming annual multi-trip travel medical insurance and answered my questions comparing travel within Canada, but to different provinces, to travel to the U.S., in a friendly manner.Both provided written quotes for me to take home and review.I did encounter difficulty...read full review

I went to the other insurance office in town with 15 minutes to closing. They told me that there wasn’t enough time to do an out of province insurance transfer. So I came straight here and arrived 9 minutes to closing. Right away Kate was willing to do it for me and worked well past closing time to fit me in. Very impressed, I’ll definitely be bringing all my business here
