Great experience with Terry at Kal Tire in Creston! Had our rear brakes start grinding when we were on vacation in the area. Took our car in when they first opened in the morning and left it with the mechanics to inspect, had a call back by 9:30am with a quote and they let us know they had parts on hand to fix by early afternoon. We were able to pick it up all fixed before 1pm and continue on with our vacation, all for a reasonable price. Highly recommend this shop for quick, friendly, and well-priced services.

Not tire related but wanted to say thank you so much to the staff here (Jarrett) who helped my very recently widowed mom get her old license plates off and the new ones on. During what is an extremely difficult time, they went above and beyond to help. It is very much like my stepdad to use a very obscure bolt to fasten the plates…no one was going to be able to steal those plates off the vehicle. Thanks again.
