We had our air conditioner quit during the latest heat wave. If anyone has had this happen I’m sure can relate to the anxiety of what comes along with having something fail that you rely on during extreme weather conditions. All Elements came through like a superhero! From the welcoming lady that answered the phone to the owner and his employee that came promptly to fix the issue. Turned a stressful situation into a great experience. Not only were they fast, they also explained what went wrong and how it was going to be fixed. I knew right away that I was in good hands.
