Cranbrook Glass
“Beyond impressed with the genuine service mindset from this team. Over the 5–6 visits I've had, I always seem to show up with some sort of odd request — my schedule is tight, I'm particular about stickers, there's an unusual insurance arrangement, etc. — but each and every time they've been fantastic and genuinely accommodating.
And it hasn't just been one person. It's been every member of their team I've dealt with. From the admin person who I happened to text on her day off (I had her number from previously sending insurance documents) and who seamlessly made sure I was taken care of, to fitting me in on short notice before a road trip, to the tech who answered the phone right at closing and was still able to help me with a rock chip — every single experience has been good.
That's rare. That's exceptional. That is appreciated.”
