Westland Insurance provides personal service and has a team of knowledgeable employees. Customers have reported positive experiences with the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. One employee went above and beyond to assist a customer who had multiple insurance issues, staying late to ensure they were resolved. Another employee helped a customer renew their insurance online, providing excellent service despite the customer's health challenges.
