“I had a reflexology and massage session with Lorraine where she worked on my feet, my arms, and my back.
For quite a while, I had been having a little pain and restriction in one arm. Putting it up over my head wasn’t comfortable but it wasn’t something I really paid attention to anymore.
It was a very relaxing experience and I wasn’t thinking about my arm afterward. A couple of days later, I was at yoga and put my arms up over my head. Suddenly I realized, the pain was gone. I had full range of motion and could move my arm freely.
