awesome new management is the best .exactly what Cranbrook location needed . ethics and professionalism and treat everyone the same.<3 .Great job and i hope that its a permanent change .along with new employees that are also just great and easy to work with .and again act with professionalism and ethics and not condescending and patronizing .and thanx for updating hours on here so that someone silly like me doesn't show up on a day that you are closed sitting in the parking lot looking like a idiot lol

Pavi went above and beyond to help me achieve financial relief over the course of months, her performance and guine kindness made this situation a lot eaiser,fantastic customer service and she up gained loyal customer!

I went in to the Money Mart in Cranbrook and I had Ann help me figure out how to get my Money Mart App registered. She also helped me get my Titanium card information changed and ordered a new card. As stressful and difficult as it was dealing with the titanium operator that we could barely understand she kept her cool and Was professional through it all. She was also very friendly and easy too talk to.
