My experience with Kernaghan Adjusters has been extremely frustrating. From the start, there were significant delays in handling my claim, coupled with poor communication and a lack of transparency. It often felt like I had to push for even the most basic responses, and critical issues were either overlooked or addressed only after constant follow-ups on my part.

The adjusters failed to provide clear timelines or explanations, and their handling of the claim seemed more focused on minimizing payouts than resolving the issue fairly. It took months to incorporate missing items into the estimate—issues that should have been addressed from the beginning.
