Thanks Kal Tire Cranbrook for getting our Class A Motorhome back on the road after a tire blowout on highway 3 just past Fernie. You’d think this would be a common occurrence in this area but other businesses just seemed lost in how to help. One call to you, you were out, analyzed, ordered and had to courier in a new tire for us, and had us back on the road within 24 hours! Thanks and now we can enjoy the rest of our vacation!
I recently had a slow leak in my front left tire. I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30 am; asked for a lift to the hospital as my wife was/ is in ICU; and had a phone call by 8:10 am that my tire was fixed. When I picked up my vehicle later that day they said they would cover the repair costs. I will use Kal Tire in the future for all my tire needs!! Thank you guys— very much appreciated.
The Kal Tire team in Cranbrook is a well oiled machine. Teamwork and service is what I got during my visit. They had me back on the road in 45 mins. having changed and replaced BOTH of my tent trailer tires. While I don’t desire to make a return to the shop, as that would suggest another tire emergency, I do recommend the folks in Cranbrook give their business to these folks. Just awesome!
