this place is amazing!!! jen and sam are so kind and welcoming and accommodating. they always offer tea and snacks and are incredibly talented at nail art, the pedicure i had was so relaxing they even did hot stone massages on me and my friend, ive been twice now and it’s absolutely my new go to. they are the sweetest people and it feels like home there! theyre open late, take appointments short notice or walk ins, i loveee their work 100% recommend you visit here!! you will not be disappointed. my new favourite place, 10/10. ❤️
I had two negative experiences at another nail salon in Cranbrook and was quite discouraged with Cranbrook salons, but I decided to give Queens a try and wow! Jenn accepted me as a walk in, asked if I wanted tea, offered me cookies, and did such an excellent job. Thank you for providing such a lovely experience. I will be back
Best service I’ve ever received at a nail salon! Jen and Sam did matching mani pedis for my friend and I and we had the best time! They were so sweet and fun to talk to and not to mention so talented!?✨ can’t wait to be back!
