We got a new furnace and heat pump installed. Happy with the install. Tyler provided great support when we thought we had a problem. Very nice gentleman and very informative. Tori was wonderful beginning to end. After a minor setback she was able to come up with a solution that still accommodated our estimate. She was also very helpful in our receiving the Fortis rebate. I was having problems with a very bad odour coming from the wall behind my washer and dryer In a home that I had just purchased. Tyler with High Point Plumbing and heating came and ripped out some of the drywall and was able to figure out what was going on and very quickly had it fixed. There had been screws put through the pipes and the fumes were escaping. Thanks so much Tyler for the quick fix and your professionalism.
Hi Point, Cranbrook, recently installed central air; added an air cleaner; modified my dual zone system & upgraded me to wifi thermostats. Not your simplest install. The process, from the estimate by Tori; assessment by Nolan and install by Tyler, Ian & Dwayne was outstanding. These folks are pros! Nolan was incredible to deal with when an issue arose, but he handled it the same way…like a Pro?
