He was very polite he did leave to get a different truck with the things he needed to fix the leak that we’re not in the truck that he brought and he was gone for over two hours no message no phone call and when he got back, he told me he had another call to go to Would’ve been nice to get a message he was going to be gone for that long however You got the leak stopped and I guess that’s all that matters !
We got a new furnace and heat pump installed. Happy with the install. Tyler provided great support when we thought we had a problem. Very nice gentleman and very informative. Tori was wonderful beginning to end. After a minor setback she was able to come up with a solution that still accommodated our estimate. She was also very helpful in our receiving the Fortis rebate. Hi Point, Cranbrook, recently installed central air; added an air cleaner; modified my dual zone system & upgraded me to wifi thermostats. Not your simplest install. The process, from the estimate by Tori; assessment by Nolan and install by Tyler, Ian & Dwayne was outstanding. These folks are pros! Nolan was incredible to deal with when an issue arose, but he handled it the same way…like a Pro?
