Last week my cat came down with a very sudden and secure acute pancreatitis. He is diabetic and we are new to town- safe to say he’s a complicated case. Not only was the team at Cranbrook Veterinary Hospital able to get us in right away, but from the very first moment they were attentive to our needs. They listened to us and worked WITH us. We saw a locum vet named Dr. Josée for the majority of his case who was transparent and clear about our options, as there was potential for us to have to go to Calgary for further ICU care. Love Cranbrook vet! We bring our senior dog there and they take their best care of him. They always make him feel super comfortable and take an extra step in his care, Dr. Lowing and Marieve have helped give our boy so much extra time with him. Couldn't have better things to say about them!! For a dog who goes in for so many bad appointments he couldn't be more than excited to return every visit.
