We are super impressed with this company. They took the time to help us find a measly 3 tiles which we had bought from a box store 8 months ago and were discontinued..... So helpful and friendly too. I will be coming back to finish the other larger tile projects at my home based solely on this attention to detail they provided.

We were very pleased with all aspects of our experience starting with a warm welcome and our sales person , Randy. He was very knowledgeable and patient while we chose our Flooring. Mark called us with a favorable installation update. Our installers, Wayne and Dave were awesome. Really happy with the outcome, a job well done. Leanna and Naiomi were great to deal with also.We will be back for sure! JK

Prompt, easy to deal with…We dealt mostly with Mark but the other people in the store were very kind and helpful to deal with as well!Installers were great….came in and got the job done and knew what they were doing so work was done quickly and well! I have no complaints!Anything I reached out about was dealt with quickly without any hassle! Would highly recommend Cranbrook Flooring!
